Howard Energy Partners (HEP) is an innovative, growth-oriented midstream provider with assets across Texas, Pennsylvania and Mexico. Led by an executive team of seasoned professionals with more than 150 years of combined experience, we provide oil and gas producers with a full suite of integrated midstream services from wellhead to market. Founded in June 2011, HEP is financially partnered with Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCO) and Alinda Capital Partners, not traditional private equity firms.

We have the ability to act quickly and be flexible, allowing our customers to take full advantage of new opportunities as they present themselves. We currently own and operate a diverse range of assets, including natural gas gathering, treating and compression, cryogenic processing, liquids stabilization and bulk liquid storage.
We have facilities across South Texas, the Texas Gulf Coast, Pennsylvania and northern Mexico. Additionally, we recently entered the prolific Delaware Basin region of West Texas.
